How we use information
To respond to inquiries and proposal requests and to communicate with you. To identify, evaluate, and present candidates for client engagements and to conduct talent mapping and market intelligence work. Confidential searches
Where a client designates a search as confidential, information submitted in connection with that search is seen only by the Managing Partner and is handled with corresponding restrictions on internal access and disclosure.
Candidates
If you are a candidate, you may have been identified through public sources, professional networks, or a referral rather than by contacting us directly. We hold professional information about you for the purpose of evaluating fit for current or future leadership opportunities.
